Parking: Feel free to conveniently park in the driveway.

First-Timers: If it's your first time, please arrive about 15 minutes early.

This gives you time to fill out any paperwork and use the restroom so you can relax and enjoy your whole session.

Returning Clients: If you've been here before, arriving 10 minutes early is perfect!

Confidentiality:

What happens in your session stays in your session! Your therapist won't share details unless you specifically ask us to. If you want us to share information, kindly provide a written request for consideration. 

Your therapist is fully licensed and certified, so you're in good hands!

Our clinic is officially permitted and overseen by the State of Arkansas.

Please let your therapist know about any concerns you have that would be impacted by bodywork.

It's important to keep us updated on any changes.

You will have the opportunity at each session to share anything new.

We all want what's best for you!

1. You're in charge of what clothing you remove. Not all sessions require disrobing. We'll only expose the area we're working on and keep you properly draped the rest of the time.

2.  Your therapist will suggest the best approach for your treatment goals, but we'll always work together to make sure you're comfortable with the plan.

3. You’ll let us know if you prefer not to work an area (like if you're ticklish on your feet!). Likewise, your therapist will avoid areas that aren't suitable for treatment (like acute injuries or skin issues).

4. Please let your therapist know if you experience any discomfort or need a change. 

5. Feel free to chat or just relax and enjoy the session, your preference.

6. We have a private space just for bodywork, so you can feel safe and secure.

7. Please be respectful. Any inappropriate comments/advances will result in ending the session, and you'll still be responsible for the full payment.

We get it—life happens! If you need to reschedule let us know as soon as possible.

1. 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel/reschedule with 24 hours' notice this gives other clients a chance to book that valuable appointment time. If you cancel late or no show we might have to charge you the full amount, which would need to be paid before your next appointment. You can call or text us to give notice. 

2.   Late Arrivals: If you're running late, we might have to shorten your session so we don't run late for the next client. Depending on how late you are, your therapist will decide if there's enough time to do the session. You might still be responsible for the full payment, even if the session is shorter.

3. Please be considerate of your therapist and other clients by arriving on time.

Payment is due at the time of the service.

We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay).

• Gift certificates are available and make a great gift! Payment is due at the time of purchase.

• Gift Certificates are good for one year unless otherwise issued. 

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else.

We are human.

Sometimes, during bodywork clients might laugh, cry, move around, release gas, sigh, yawn, or have other reactions.

No worries at all!
