Join experienced yoga educator Darlene Kelbach for postures, breathing, yoga songs & games.

This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills.

Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing & relaxation techniques.

Date: Saturday, 7/30

Time: 1130-1230p

Cost: $25

What age groups: 5-10 years.

Class is limited to 10 children & walk-ins will not be admitted based on safety.

What to bring: Parents, please bring a blanket or a yoga mat & water bottle, for your kiddos.

Kiddos, please bring your smiles & imagination!

Parents, you will be asked to complete a registration & waiver for your child’s participation.

Although this class does not involve parents, you are welcomed to stay & observe.
