Join Jamie Gooch for Breathwork & Paint
• Experience the release of using breathwork and art to calm the mind, body and spirit. • Jamie will guide you through rounds of breathwork to settle the mind and prepare your creative side. • Once you are in a relaxed state, you will use the art of painting to express the colors and visuals that came through during the breathwork. • The goal is to walk away feeling lighter after tapping into your inner child and playing with your creative side.
