About the event
Breathe & Create- Sensory Keychains Join Jamie Gooch at WT for a night of creativity and meditative breathwork.Â
She will guide you through a somatic experience to calm your body and regulate your nervous system.
Then as a group we will create colorful unique keychains with soft silicone beads and textured tassels to use for our meditative breathwork portion.
You’ll learn how to use your sensory keychain on your own to bring your mind and body into the present moment, activate your parasympathetic nervous system and live from a more balanced version of yourself.
