ZEN PLANNER STEPS

What is Zen Planner?

Zen Planner is the member management software we use at Wellness Traditions Yoga Studio. The Member App allows you to reserve classes and events, purchase memberships, and update payment information.


Let’s get started! 


Purchase a membership, drop-in, or enroll in the New Student Special by visiting:

The easiest way to manage your Zen Planner account is through our Member App


Set up your Zen Planner profile

  • Add your contact information

  • Make your first-time membership payment & add your billing information

  • Sign the waiver before attending your first class


Reserve a class!

  • Within the Member App, click on the calendar icon in the top right. You can reserve your spot by clicking the star next to the time you wish to attend

  • If you no longer can attend a class, simply click “Cancel Reservation”

  • If in doubt, just show up to class & let the teacher know you cannot reserve the class. 


How do I register for an event using the Member App?


  • Log into the Zen Planner Member App (iOS or Android phone)


  • From the left-hand menu, click on “Events”


  • On the Upcoming events tab, you will see a list of events.


  • Click on the event you want to sign up for & select participants(s) then press “Continue”


  • Pay for the event with an existing payment account or adding a new payment method


  • A confirmation page will provide event details & you will see this event under the My Events tab


Having trouble logging in? You can reset your password yourself. 


  • Choose the “Forgot Password” link below the login window


  • Enter the email address of your Zen Planner account & the system will send you a password reset email


  • The reset password email will include a temporary password for quick log-in


  • Once logged-in with the temporary password the system will allow you to create a new password
